遵义医科大学附属医院

遵义医科大学附属医院是国家卫生健康委员会与贵州省人民政府共建高校的直属附属医院，前身是大连医学院附属医院，1969年为支援三线建设举院南迁，系贵州省首家三级甲等综合医院，是国家疑难病症诊治能力提升工程（恶性肿瘤早期诊断与精准治疗方向）建设单位。

医院现有建筑面积31万平方米，编制床位2000张，开放床位2800张，设有17个部（处）、8个专科医院，56个临床科室、12个医技科室。拥有全球先进的PET-CT、达芬奇机器人等高端医疗装备。医院在2022年度国家三级公立医院绩效考核国家监测排名中保持A+等次，进入全国百强；在贵州省省级公立医院促进高质量发展绩效考核中连续保持“第一”等次。2023年医院荣获全省首批“五好医院”称号。

【医疗技术】

2023年，门急诊诊疗242.56万人次，出院15.36万人次，手术12.26万台次。平均住院床日7.70天。医院一直致力于开展新技术、新项目，国家12项限制类技术医院已开展7项。医院有省级医疗控制中心7个（其中烧伤、麻醉省级质控中心系与北京协和医院合作共建）。医院以穿支皮瓣技术、颈椎微创技术等在国内处于领先地位，消化道内镜早癌筛查、神经内镜等技术在西南处于领先水平。医院是贵州省唯一一家具备心脏移植资质的医疗机构，也是省内拥有大器官移植资质最多的医院。截至2024年1月，累计完成器官捐献385例，获取大器官1134枚；完成肾脏移植557例，肝脏移植213例，心脏移植31例。

【教学科研】

医院临床医学ESI排名处于国际顶尖行列（全球前0.5‰）。临床医学教育体系完备，为首批国家临床教学培训示范中心，临床技能实验教学中心是国家级实验教学示范中心，是国家医师资格考试实践技能考试（临床类别）基地。医院拥有专业型博士学位授权点1个（临床医学），一级学科硕士学位授权点和专业学位授权点各2个（临床医学、护理学）。拥有国家级培训基地11个，国家专科医师规范化培训专业基地3个（心血管病学、普通外科学、小儿麻醉学），国家住院医师规范化培训专业基地25个，其中全国住培重点专业基地3个。

医院拥有国家临床医学研究中心分中心3个、省重点实验室2个、省临床医学研究中心3个、省部共建协同创新中心1个、省“2011协同创新中心”2个、省人才基地2个、省科技创新人才团队14个、省高校特色重点实验室和工程研究中心4个和省高等学校科技创新人才团队5个。医院临床样本资源库获批国家科技部“中国人类遗传资源保藏行政许可”，是贵州省规模最大的获批人类遗传资源保藏资质的医疗机构。近五年，医院累计获批国家自然科学基金149项；获省部级科技成果奖励19项（其中省科技进步一等奖2项），获国家发明专利80件。

Introduction to Affiliated Hospital of

Zunyi Medical University

The Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University (AHZMU) is the first Class A tertiary comprehensive hospital in Guizhou China. It is designated by the National Development and Reform Commission and National Health Commission as one of the pioneering institutions undertaking the upgrading of diagnosis and treatment capacity for difficult diseases projects ,concentrating on early diagnosis and precise treatment of malignant tumor. The hospital is directly affiliated to Zunyi Medical University, a university co-sponsored by the National Health Commission(NHC) and the government of Guizhou. Its history dates back to 1969 when Dalian Medical College relocated southward to actively respond to the initiative of the Third Front Construction.
Currently, there are eight specialized hospitals in AHZMU, with a total construction area of 310,000 square meters, 2000 licensed beds for patients and other 800 beds are available if necessary. We are comprised of 17 administrative departments and 68 clinical and medical technological departments. Highly advanced medical equipment such as PET-CT and Da Vinci surgical robots are all available at AHZMU. It has kept A+ in the national hospital performance assessment of tertiary public hospitals in 2022, ranked top 100. In the provincial high-quality development performance assessment of public hospitals In Guizhou, AHZMU maintained the first grade. In 2023, the hospital win the honorary title "Five good Hospitals" in Guizhou province.

Talents and Discipline Advantages
Among 4,322 hospital staff, there are 818 staff members with senior professional titles; 269 with doctor degree, 7 post-doctors and 22 "migratory bird(flexible about the working time)" experts. One staff was elected to Young and Middle-aged Leading Innovative Talents in Scientific and Technological in the National "Innovative Talent Promotion Plan"; 1 staff was elected to National New Century Talents Project; 2 staff were elected to the New Century Excellent Talents Project of the Ministry of Education; 6 staff were elected to Provincial Innovative Talents Project; 13 staff are Provincial Outstanding Science and Technology Talents; 2 staff are Young and Middle-aged Experts with brilliant contribution honored by NHC; 11 staff receive special government allowances from the State Council; 9 staff receive special government allowances from the Guizhou province, and 17 staff are provincial core experts and provincial management experts.
AHZMU has 7 national key clinical specialties, 3 disciplines with influence in southwest China, 1 national first-class-construction disciplines of Guizhou province, 17 provincial key medical specialties, 27 provincial key clinical specialties.

Medical technology

In 2023, AHZMU handled 2.425 million outpatient and emergency visits, discharged 153,600 patients and operated 122,600 cases, and the average days of hospitalization is 7.7. The hospital is committed to carrying out cutting-edge technologies, seven of the country's 12 restricted technologies have been carried out. The hospital has 7 provincial medical control centers, two of them (burns and anesthesia) were jointly constructed with Peking Union Medical College Hospital. Its penetrating flap technology and minimally invasive cervical spine technology take the lead in China, and the early cancer screening by gastrointestinal endoscopy and neuro-endoscopy are at the leading level in southwest China. The hospital is the only medical institution with heart transplantation qualification within Guizhou, It is also the hospital with the most qualifications for large organ transplantation in the province. Up to January 2024, a total of 385 cases of organ donation have been completed and 1134 large organs have been obtained, 557 kidney transplants and 213 liver transplants and 31 heart transplants have been completed.

Education and Science Research

The Clinical Medicine discipline in AHZMU ranked in the global top 0.5% in ESI. The clinical medical education system is complete. We are one of the first batch of demonstrative centers for national clinical education and training in China. The clinical experimental teaching demonstrating center was designated as the National Experimental Teaching Demonstrating Center and the Practical Skill Examination (clinical category) Base for National Examination for Doctor Qualification. It has one discipline authorized to offer doctoral degree program, which is clinical medicine, 2 disciplines to offer master degree programs in clinical medicine and nursing (National first-level undergraduate program), 11 national medical continuing education centers, 3 national standardized residency training centers(consists of Cardiovascular, General Surgery, Pediatric Anesthesiology). The hospital owns 25 national standardized residency training bases, 3 of them are in national key level.

AHZMU is the branch of 3 National Institutes for Clinical Research. It has 2 provincial key laboratory platforms, 3 provincial clinical medical research centers, 1 innovation center co-sponsored by the government of Guizhou Province and NHC, 2 provincial "2011 collaborative innovation centers", 2 provincial talent bases, 14 provincial science and technology innovation talent teams, 4 provincial key laboratories and engineering research centers in higher education and 5 provincial teams of scientific and technological innovation talents in higher education. The Clinical Specimens Resources Library of the hospital has been accredited as "Administrative License for the preservation of human genetic resItsces" by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China's, which is the largest medical institution in Guizhou Province that has ever been accredited. In the past five years, AHZMU has been granted 149 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and received 19 provincial and ministerial awards for scientific and technological achievements,which two were first-class awards for provincial scientific and technological progress, and 80 national invention patents. 

Meanwhile, AHZMU also shoulders its social responsibility to offer medical services and support for emergencies and major national events in the Strategy for rural revitalization, eradicating absolute poverty, fighting against the COVID-19 epidemic. Ma Xiao-Wei, director of the National Health Commission, then deputy director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, highly praised us during his visit to AHZMU: "Nowadays, the AHZMU mirrors the achievements in the reform and development of national public hospitals. The level of medical technology, the degree of connotation construction and informatization have shown that the hospital is a modern large-scale tertiary hospital in line with international standards.”
